ITSM SME A Solution Specialist who has the right blend of hunger, passion and willingness to go the extra mile and is capable of creating a demo a day based on the business context. Have a flair for consultative selling and be able to come up with quick solutions to drive clarity in an ambiguous environment Key Skills 8-10 years of relevant experience in ITSM ServiceNow or major ITSM Magic Quadrant providers including any of: BMC Remedy, IBM ICD, CA Technologies, Cherwell, Axios, HP, LanDesk, EasyVista etc Knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML, Web Services) Must have a strong background in ITIL methodologies including, Change, Configuration, Incident, Problem, SLM and Knowledge Management. Build demonstration environments, deliver sales demonstrations and respond to technical Response for Proposal (RfP) questions Provide solution design and solution approval process. When required, provide costing, response development and operations support. Candidate having System Integration/ Project Implementation/ Product Pre-sales background to effectively architect, design, and deploy Service-Now or any other ITSM solutions would be desirable. Should have an understanding of the complexities involved in integrating the various modules, functionalities supported, customer requirements compliance etc. The resource must effectively identify the key customer requirements, seeking RFP clarifications, understanding compliance and SLA requirements, envisage the high level solution and work with the Candidate having System Integration/ Project Implementation/ Product Pre-sales background to effectively architect, design, and deploy Service-Now solutions would be desirable.
